Where can I get the best price?
Generally, you get the best price directly on our website. However, if you receive additional discounts (for example, through a loyalty program or special offer) from other providers, feel free to contact us via our contact form. We will check if we can match the price for you.
What payment options are available?
We offer various payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, and bank transfer. Please note that payment is required at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash payments.
When and how do I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you as soon as we have received your payment. Please make sure to provide the correct email and billing address.
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are generally not allowed in our apartments. Although we love animals, we take into account our guests, especially those with allergies. For this reason, we do not make exceptions. In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee according to our terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I smoke in the apartments?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments. If the apartment has an outdoor area, you may smoke there. In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee according to our terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I receive mail or packages in my apartment?
You can receive mail after arranging with us. Please note that we do not take any liability for deliveries. Since we do not have a reception, we cannot accept packages for you. Please make sure to be present to receive them or use the nearest parcel station. Thank you for your understanding and consideration of our neighbors.
Why do I need to provide my ID data in an online form?
As operators of vacation rentals and serviced apartments, we are required by German federal registration law (§§ 29, 30 BMG) to create a registration form for our guests. Therefore, check-in is only possible after receiving your data.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is contactless. On the day of arrival, after your online registration, you will receive your access code and all other important information. If you have any questions or issues, feel free to contact us at any time.
When is check-in time, and is early check-in possible?
Regular check-in starts at 5:00 PM. For an additional fee, you can book an early check-in and arrive as early as 3:00 PM. Many guests request an earlier check-in without booking early check-in. We try to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee it, as various factors must be considered. Early check-in and check-in after 12:00 AM are only possible by prior arrangement.
How does check-out work?
Please observe the following for check-out: leave the apartment in a tidy condition, report any damages, ensure you have packed all your personal belongings, and leave the keys where you found them. When is check-out time, and is late check-out possible?
Regular check-out time is 11:00 AM. For an additional fee, you can book a late check-out and stay until 1:00 PM. We try to accommodate requests for a later check-out without booked late check-out, but we cannot guarantee it. Please always arrange for a late check-out in advance. Additional charges apply for non-compliance.
